T-Shirt Design Competition Terms and Condition

  1. This t-shirt design competition is promoted by Stop Hate UK, company limited by guarantee and registered in England, company no. 3293987, with our office in Leeds, LS1 9QS (‘Stop Hate UK’, we, us, our’). 
  2. Entry into the t-shirt design competition will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). 
  3. Entry to the t-shirt design competition is free; no purchase necessary. 
  4. T-shirt design competition participants must be residents in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man to enter. Employees of Stop Hate UK or any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies and anyone otherwise connected with operation or fulfilment of the t-shirt design competition are not eligible to take part. 
  5. To enter, you must submit a t-shirt design to us using the submission form, and follow the instructions. You can also attach files to the form in your submission email.
  6. You may only make a maximum of one entry per young person. 
  7. The winners will be shortlisted by Stop Hate UK and celebrity guest judges. The winners will be chosen by the celebrities.  Those shortlisted will be informed by email or phone. The winners will be notified by email. If a winner refuses, or is non contactable after 48 hours, Stop Hate UK reserves the right to award the prize to another participant. 
  8. Winners and those shortlisted may be asked to join us at a London Venue for the results day for refreshments, meets and greets. 
  9. The prize is as stated and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. 
  10. In the event that, for reasons beyond Stop Hate UK’s reasonable control and not related to the winner, Stop Hate UK is unable to award the prize as described in these Terms and Conditions, Stop Hate UK reserves the right to make this prize unavailable. 
  11. The provision of the prize does not imply endorsement by Stop Hate UK of any third-party supplier of the prize or any third parties concerned in any way with the t-shirt design competition. 
  12. By taking part in the competition, you hereby consent to a dialogue with Stop Hate UK by email to ascertain whether you would prefer to remain anonymous, or if you are happy for your name to appear in any future materials. 
  13. You hereby represent and warrant that any use of your name or other related materials by or on behalf of Stop Hate UK, comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and does not infringe or otherwise violate the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. 
  14. By entering you agree that Stop Hate UK may use your personal data for the purposes of administering the t-shirt design competition. Your personal data will be held in accordance with Stop Hate UK’s Privacy Policy in place. 
  15. All Stop Hate UK’s decisions in relation to the t-shirt design competition are final in all matters and Stop Hate UK will not enter into any correspondence with participants other than the t-shirt design competition winner and their parent/guardian/teacher who submitted the entry. 
  16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the t-shirt design competition or these Terms and Conditions.
  17. By submitting an entry you allow Stop Hate UK to use it in their communications.
