New hate crime law for Scotland.

Good news from Scotland. A new hate crime law has come into force there this week. It puts hate crimes motivated by prejudice against disabled, lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender people on the same level as racist crimes. This brings Scotland in line with the rest of the UK. Read more.
